PHOTOS : Man Drugs Wife For 3 Day Marathon Sex In Lagos

A nursing mother, Mrs Glory Ojuala, has narrated how her husband, Alex Ojuala, drugged her for three days in order to have sex with her a few days after she was delivered of a baby at her matrimonial home in Lagos State.
According to PMNews, the mother of three children made the shocking revelation at Ejigbo Customary Court in Lagos State on Monday while testifying before the court following a petition she filed before the court for dissolution of their 15-year marriage.

The 30-year old housewife claimed that two days after she gave birth to their child, her husband started pestering her for sex in the presence of her mother, who was on a visit.
Glory told the court that she denied her husband sex because she was still recovering from the pangs of childbirth and was breast feeding, but he accused her of having extramarital affairs and cut the family’s daily feeding allowance to N100 to punish her.
Glory alleged that she did not know that her husband had an ulterior motive when he gave her a soft drink while she was eating on the day her husband drugged her.
The nursing mother alleged  that after she took the soft drink, she couldn’t explain what happened afterwards until she was revived in a hosptial three days later.
She said that she later knew that her husband drugged her to have sex with her when he confessed that he did so because she was denying him sex and was sleeping with other men.
She told the court that after the incident she moved out of his house and since then they have been living separately, while her husband abandoned their children for her to take care of them alone.
The embittered woman had petitioned the court seeking for the dissolution of their 15-year marriage on the grounds that her husband was threatening her life, did not take care of her and their children and beat her, adding that she does not love him anymore.
Glory asked the court to compel  Alex to take care of their children by providing for their upkeep and education.
In response, Alex denied all the allegations made against him and said he had been taking care of his family until trouble started.
Alex said he used to give his wife N200 daily before leaving for work and wondered how she would claim that he did not take care of her and their children. He also said that he was no longer interested in the relationship and asked the court  to dissolve the marriage, though he promised to provide N10,000 for the upkeep and education of the children.
The president of the court,  Mr T. A.  Eko, queried Alex for abandoning the responsibility of the training their children for his estranged wife to shoulder and asked him to have a change of heart for the interest of the children.
The matter was adjourned till March 2014.

16-YEAR-OLD NIGERIAN GIRL NAMED AMONG WORLD’S 50 SMARTEST TEENS

16-Year-Old Nigerian Girl Named Among World’s 50 Smartest Teens

A 16-year-old Nigerian Muslim girl has made headlines when her name emerged in the ‘The World’s 50 Smartest Teenagers’ list. Saheela Ibraheem, who is passionate about many things, “especially” math and science, believes that if one is passionate about what they do, they will succeed.
A little over a year ago, the girl who was born to Nigerian parents in Edison, New Jersey, the US, has been accepted into Harvard University, becoming one of the youngest students ever to attend that school.
She had to choose from 13 other prestigious colleges, including MIT, the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, Brown, Princeton, Columbia, and the University of Chicago, but eventually listened to her 7-year-old brother’s advice who also dreams of being admitted to Harvard.
Saheela says, at the age of only five she found out the key to success: knowing what you love to learn as early as possible.

Described by others as polite and humble, the girl says her very supportive Nigerian parents sometimes taught her subjects the schools didn’t offer.
The teen is also interested in languages, and knows Yoruba, Arabic, Spanish, and Latin, in addition to English.
Offering a role model to her colleagues, Saheela, who dons a hijab, is also into sports, as she plays softball, soccer, and the trombone.
She also sings in the school choir and serves as president of the school’s investment club.
The promising girl plans to major in either neurobiology or neuroscience, and hopes to become a scientist in order to study how the brain works.
“I try my best in everything I do,” Saheela said, confirming that there is nothing special about her brain. “Anyone who’s motivated can work wonders.”
Despite her activities, she names her family as her number one priority.

“Don’t Criticise Me” – Beverly Osu Finally Admits She Had Sex In The Big Brother House

When she first came out of the Big Brother Africa reality show, Beverly Osu stunned many by denying that she ever had intercourse with South Africa’s rep, Angelo, even though almost everyone had clearly watched the video that went viral.

Life Outside BBA
My life outside BBA has been wonderful. It’s nothing I cannot handle.

Challenges
Well, I’m usually a very busy person, but it’s just that right now, I’ve been a very unstable person. Sometimes, I can’t even stay here in Lagos for a week without traveling here and there. I think that’s a good thing because good things are coming out of it. And apparently, there’s always the negative side and that is mostly things that are not true that you hear about yourself; how people see you and so on. Some people don’t really bother about perception, but if you’re somebody like me, you will think about it and sometimes it will affect your work. But I thank God that my life has been good.
Sex Scene at The BBA House
Apparently, I don’t feel sorry because I was being myself. So, I can’t say sorry to anyone who feels disappointed. They’re living their lives and I’m living mine. The only difference is that I was in a house where I had to make the platform work for me; the platform everybody enjoyed seeing me make. If you guys stuck to your television for 91 days only to see my faults, then you should check yourself because people have their faults and it’s only people with faults that quickly notice that in other persons. I don’t criticize people and I don’t think people should criticize me… no matter how you look at it, I’m still a youth.

MEDVIEW AIRLINE PLANE CRASH NARROWLY AVERTED IN ABUJA

Medview Airline Plane Crash Narrowly Averted In Abuja

Another air disaster was averted at the Nnamdi Azikwe Airport, Abuja on Monday as a Med-View Airlines aircraft from Lagos suddenly took to the air again at the point of landing in Abuja.
Puch reports that the airline Flight VL2104 which had about 150 passengers on board took off from the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos at noon and was scheduled to land in Abuja at about 1.05pm.
The pilot had already announced final descent into Abuja and asked all passengers and cabin crew to fasten their seat belts only for him to suddenly take off to the air again with barely 30 seconds to touch ground.

Definitely, his action caused big panic, commotion among the passengers who bursted into prayers, yells to know what was happening, especially when the plane entered into turbulent weather on air.

The PUNCH correspondent who was among the passengers while telling his story, said that among the passengers were five different complete families.
One of the passengers, a nursing mother, who was breastfeeding her son at the time the pilot took off again withdrew the breast from the boy’s mouth and started praying profusely while the baby’s cry rented the air.
It wasn’t until after about three minutes of gaining altitude, the pilot announced that he had decided to take off again to avoid colliding with an aircraft that was on ground.
According to the pilot, after he had been granted clearance to land, it was later discovered that the other aircraft was not fast enough, hence his decision to take off.
The aircraft hovered for another 20 minutes in the air before finally landing at about 1:30pm. When the plane finally landed, the passengers struggled to disembark.
“Are you still sitting down? Let me rush down in case it will suddenly take off again,” a middle-aged man was heard asking one of his co-passengers.

Manchester United will be relegated if history repeats itself

Manchester United fans are already facing up to the reality that their team is a fading force in the Premier League, following the recent retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer.

David Moyes has endured a difficult start to life at Old Trafford, with the reigning champions way down in eighth place in the table, with 11 points from their opening eight games.

But, if Red Devils supporters thought that was bad enough, things are set to get even worse, at least if the alarming resemblance between this season’s shock events, and those of the 1921/22 relegation campaign, are anything to go by.

The Daily Star reports how 93 years ago, Manchester United were relegated from the top division, the same season they first appointed a Scot as first-team manager, and spent the next three years in the second tier, before winning promotion as Division Two runners-up in 1925.

Worryingly, in their relegation season, Manchester United were also beaten 4-1 away by rivals Manchester City, lost by one goal against Liverpool and held to a goalless draw with Chelsea.

A home defeat by one goal to West Brom is also mirrored in 1921/22 and 2013/14, as is the fact the club’s eighth game ended in a 1-1 draw, with the most recent result coming at home against Southampton.

Fans will be hoping that’s where the similarity ends, as the Manchester United squad aims to get the defence of their Premier League title back on track, as opposed to looking precariously over their shoulders, at the other end of the table between now and the end of the season.

Ojukwu’s Family Asks Bianca For Proof Of Marriage

Some members of the Ojukwu family have asked the Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Bianca Ojukwu, to show proof that she was legally married to the late Ikemba of Nnewi, Chukwuemeka Odimegwu-Ojukwu.

In a 19-paragraph statement of defence filed by Ojukwu Transport Limited and seven others before Justice Funmilayo Atilade of the Lagos High Court, the family equally demanded proof from Bianca that her two sons, Afamefuna and Nwachukwu are biological sons of Odimegwu- Ojukwu.

The other defendants are Prof. Joseph Ojukwu, Engr. Emmanuel Ojukwu, Lotanna Putalora Ojukwu, Dr Patrick Ojukwu, Arc. Edward Ojukwu, Lota Akajiora Ojukwu and Mrs. Massey Udegbe (doing business under Massey Udegbe & Company).

Bianca had in suit No: LD/1539/2012 filed on behalf of her two under-aged children, Afamefuna and Nwachukwu (claimants), wants the court to declare that her children are entitled to the possession and occupation of the property known as No. 29, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, Ikoyi Lagos, until the harmonisation of the management and administration of the assets of the first defendant (OTL).

At the resumed hearing of the suit yesterday, counsel to Bianca and her children, was not in court which necessitated Justice Atilade to adjourn the suit till December 10 for adoption of written addresses on a Motion on Notice seeking to restrain the defendants from the property in dispute.

Bianca’s children had through their lawyer; Chris Ezugwu, prayed the court to declare as illegal the threat of forceful ejection from 29, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, by the defendants.

In addition, they urged the court to declare that they are entitled to possess the following property, namely: No 13, Hawksworth Road, Ikoyi (now known as No. 13 Ojora Road); No 32A, Commercial Avenue, Yaba, Lagos; No 30, Gerard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos; No. 30, McPherson Avenue, Ikoyi.

Bianca’s children said throughout the period their father was struggling to retrieve the properties from the government, the second to the seventh defendants “never played any role in the struggle nor contributed financially or otherwise to the realisation of the struggle.”

Besides, the claimant is asking for an order of court restraining the defendants, their agents or privies from interfering with the claimants’possesion and control of the properties.

But, in their statement of defence, the 1st to the 7th defendants through their lawyer, George Uwechue, SAN, averred that the subscribers of the memorandum of association of Ojukwu Transport Limited (1st defendant) at incorporation in 1952 were L. P. Ojukwu and Betram Chukwuemeka Obi, adding that the late Chukwuemeka Odimegwu-Ojukwu and one Prof. Joseph Ojukwu (2nd defendant) were later appointed as directors in 1953.

They stated that late Chukwuemeka Odimegwu- Ojukwu thereafter ceased to be a director of the company prior to the Nigerian civil war and was reappointed as a director on December 16, 2005 while the 3rd and 4th defendants were appointed directors in 1954 and 2005 respectively.

They added that the claimants’ statement of claim contained tissues of lies and distorted facts alleging that Bianca who instituted the suit, “being greedy felt that she could hold unto the company’s properties.”

Evening Report: October 14

Newcastle United are leading the race to sign Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha on-loan in January.

Zaha has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford since his £15million switch from Crystal Palace and is yet to make a Premier League appearance

Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has revealed he feared playing the great Arsenal sides more than any other team during his time in the Premier League.

The Australian, currently providing cover for number one Petr Cech at Stamford Bridge, says the likes of Thierry Henry, Robert Pires and Dennis Bergkamp were the best he has gone up against.

Meanwhile, current Gunners striker Nicklas Bendtner has been described as having an X factor by his international teammate, Lars Jacobsen.

The Arsenal man scored twice in Denmark’s 2-2 draw with Italy on Friday and Jacobsen insisted there would be more to come from Bendtner once he got back to full fitness.

Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has claimed he was behind the ‘making of’ new sensation Andros Townsend.

Now managing QPR, Redknapp took the Spurs winger on loan last season at Loftus Road and claims his time there was the catalyst for his rise to making his England debut on Friday and winning the man of the match award.

Manchester City are using an unusual method to help train the young stars in their youth academy – a mobile app.

The Citizens’ staff have been using Coach’s Eye to analyse the movement of their youngsters and help point out where adjustments need to be made.

Barcelona and Ajax legend Johan Cruyff believes Neymar is easier to defend against than teammate Lionel Messi.

Neymar moved to Camp Nou this summer in a deal worth in excess of £50million, but Cruyff believes he is not as good a dribbler as Messi due to him not having a similar low centre of gravity.

Okonjo-Iweala laments Liechtenstein’s attitude on €185m Abacha loot

At the conclusion of the 2013 World Bank annual meeting, yesterday, in Washington, Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, lamented that Liechttenstein has continued to frustrate efforts by Nigeria to recover €185 million popularly called Abacha loot, after 14 years.

She said that the World Bank had agreed to help monitor how the recovered fund is spent.

Okonjo-Iweala

Okonjo-Iweala

She said: “There have been several hurdles put in Nigeria’s way in the central European nation’s courts by the Shell companies or their representatives, challenging every step, and the World Bank has offered to help ensure that the recovered funds are judiciously utilised for the good of Nigerians.”

Okonjo-Iweala, who was fielding questions on the sidelines of the 2013 annual meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, said “it has gone to a stage where the courts in Liechtenstein have now litigated and said it should be returned.”

The companies, she said, have “taken the case to the European court of human rights saying that the Liechtenstein government has violated their human rights by allowing this money to be taken away from them. And of course, you know that that charge des not obtain . But by taking it to that court, it means another two or three-year delay… just delaying tactics.”

The delay tactics, Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala noted, “suits the government of Liechtenstein very well, because they get to keep the money, their banks keep the money and will invest it and get money out of it. So they keep delaying, and this is denying Nigeria it’s rightful possession. And the Liechtenstein government asked us to sign a guarantee that if the European court of human rights fines them for any reason, we will indemnify them
